A warm and welcoming family based in Istanbul, Türkiye are looking for a highly experienced English-speaking nanny to help them care for their 15-month-old little girl.

This is not a sole-charge position; the nanny will work closely with the mother, who is a stay-at-home mother, in a respectful, fully involved caregiving environment.

The nanny will be working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week (60 hours per week). Exact working hours to be confirmed. For the right candidate, the family is willing to offer a couple hours of break per day, so that she can rest and have her own activities (errands, go to the gym etc.). Of course, the nanny should be flexible and prepared to cancel her time off if circumstances change.

The family travels a couple of time a year. The nanny will sometimes have to accompany the family.

The family would prefer the nanny to be able to travel to the USA, the UK and within the European Union.

The ideal candidate is a career nanny with a calm, nurturing presence and a collaborative mindset. The family values adaptability, clear communication, and a strong understanding of infant care and development.

The nanny will be responsible for assisting the mother with all aspects of baby care, provide a stimulating, age-appropriate activities and play, maintain cleanliness of the nursery and baby's items, accompany the mother on outings or appointments as needed etc.

The position is offered on a live-in basis. The nanny will have access to a private ensuite room, living room and kitchenette on a separate floor from the parent’s flat.

The nanny will also have access to the gym and swimming pool within the complex.

This is a fully staffed household; the nanny's focus will be solely on the baby and support for the mother. The family employs housekeepers and a driver.

Work permit matters will be dealt with by the family.

The family offers a monthly net salary of €6,500.

The chosen candidate will also be offered a sign-on bonus payment of €6,500 after successfully completing a 2-week trial.
